The head narrows toward the tip, so it threads through tight spoke patterns and opens up as it goes deeper. One brush handles open five spokes and packed multi spoke designs alike.

The full radial bristle pattern means every rotation is working. Twist as you pass and the brush scrubs the barrel wall on all sides instead of just where you happen to be pressing.

The flange at the base of the shaft blocks the spray coming back down the handle, so wheel cleaner and brake dust stay on the wheel and off your arm.
