Yes. Never run Clay Towel on a dry surface. Use Swift Shine or a soapy water solution and keep the surface visibly wet through every pass.
Yes. Rinse the coated face under running water as you work and after you finish. If the towel hits the ground, retire it.
Work on a cool surface in the shade. Lubricant flashes off fast on hot panels, and you need it wet the whole time.
HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Wash The Vehicle
Start with a clean vehicle. Thoroughly wash and rinse the surface to remove loose dirt and grime before using the Clay Towel.
Step 2: Lubricate The Surface
Generously spray the working area with Swift Shine or another proper clay lubricant. Keep the surface well-lubricated throughout the process.
Step 3: Decontaminate
Using light pressure, glide the Clay Towel across the paint in straight, overlapping passes. Continue until the surface feels smooth and the towel moves freely.
Step 4: Wipe & Inspect
Wipe away any remaining lubricant with a clean microfiber towel, then inspect the surface. Repeat on any areas that still feel rough.
Pro Tip: Keep the surface wet with lubricant and let the towel do the work — heavy pressure isn’t needed.
